An unweighted 2.4 grade point average (GPA) means a student has earned mostly low B's and high C's in high school.
There are some four-year colleges that accept students with a 2.4 GPA. If you're interested in private schools, consider the University of the West in California and or Talladega College in Alabama.
If you'd prefer a public school, look at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania or Southern University at New Orleans in Louisiana.
If you have GPA of 2.4 or below, you may also want to think about starting at a two-year school. Community colleges are an affordable way to bring up your GPA before transferring into a four-year school.
