Who is Eligible: Students who have at least one parent of Hispanic ancestry and will be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student during the Fall 2023 – Spring 2024 academic year.
Deadline: November 30, 2022
Award: $1,000 for 4-year institution or $500 for 2-year institution
Awards Available: 10
The Dr. Juan Andrade Jr. Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders recognizes Hispanic students who are committed to leadership. Recipients will receive a $500 or $1,000 scholarship along with a complimentary registration to the 2023 United States Hispanic Leadership Institute (USHL) National Conference.

Who is Eligible: Students of Hispanic heritage who are graduating high school in Spring 2023 and have at least an unweighted 3.0 (on 4.0 scale) or 7.5 (on 10.0 scale) GPA

Award: Up to $4,000 Grant
The Hispanic Heritage Foundation Youth Awards aims to honor Latino students who excel in various areas of study. Students can apply for awards in multiple areas. Recipients will be celebrated at the National Youth Awards ceremony.

Who is Eligible: Latino college sophomores or juniors who have at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale and have an interest in the media and entertainment industry
Deadline: October 18, 2022
Award: $5,000
Awards Available: 10
Description: The NBCUniversal Media Scholarship looks to support undergraduate Latino students interested in the media and entertainment industry. Ten recipients are awarded a $5,000 award for one academic year sponsored by NBCUniversal and administered by the League of United Latin American Citizen’s National Educational Service Centers (LNESC).

Who is Eligible: Hispanic students who are Florida residents and have at least an unweighted 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
Deadline: April 1, 2023
Award: $2,000
Description: The José Martí Scholarship Challenge Grant Fund is a need-based merit scholarships aimed to assist Hispanic students who will be attending a Florida institution. The $2,000 award is split to $1,000 per semester and the award does not need to be paid back.

Who is Eligible: African-American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, or American Indian students who are majoring in (or intend on majoring in) a chemistry-related science and have at least a 3.0 GPA.
Deadline: March 1, 2023
Award: $1,000-$5,000
Awards Available: Approximately 300
The ACS Scholars Program aims to support individuals in underrepresented groups who are majoring in chemistry-related disciplines or intend on pursuing a career related to chemistry. Over 3,000 students have received funding up to $5,000 per year through this program so far.

Who is Eligible: Minority high school seniors who demonstrate financial need, academic excellence, and an interest in leadership and community service.
Deadline: January 11, 2023
Award: Up to $35,000 over four years
Awards Available: 60
Description: The Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholars Program aims to provide financial assistance to students while guiding them through the higher education process. Semi-finalists for this program will go through an interview process, and recipients will be announced early summer 2023. Recipients receive up to $35,000 over four years as well as various other benefits of being a part of the program.

The Illustrating Awesomeness Scholarship aims to empower women and gender non-confirming people of color working towards change. The scholarship offers four awards of $750 that can be used to fund the recipient’s spring semester.
