Carrington-Philbert Scholarship Program

Who is Eligible: African American students entering a U.S College/University as a Freshman

The Carrington-Philbert Scholarship Program was established to encourage education and the pursuit of knowledge. Applicants must be African-American, entering college as a freshman, submit a letter of recommendation, and submit an essay.

Greater Than Gatsby Annual Scholarship

Who is Eligible: High school seniors who have been accepted into a college/university and current college students who are interested in photography

Deadline: May 1, 2022

Award: $10,000

The Greater Than Gatsby Annual Scholarship is a program to support students interested in photography. Applicants must submit three photo samples from their portfolio as well as an essay about their photography experiences and goals.

Rover Scholarship

Who is Eligible: High school seniors and current college students who are residents of the US and who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Deadline: May 1, 2022

Rover is the word's largest pet care service. The Rover Scholarship is a chance to win $2,500 dollars toward your education. Rover asks applicants to submit a 400 to 500 word essay detailing how growing up with a pet has impacted who you are today.

RISE Financial Progress Scholarship

Who is Eligible: Full or part time college students or high school students enrolling in college in the fall

Deadline: May 3, 2022 or until 1,000 applications are submitted

The RISE Financial Progress Scholarship is awarded to students who are interested in financial knowledge and personal finance. Each applicant is asked to respond to an essay prompt about their financial knowledge and long-term financial goals.

Gwendolyn Brooks Poetry Award

Who is Eligible: Students in grades K-12 in the state of Illinois

Deadline: May 6, 2022

Award: $500

Applicants must submit one poem of at most 50 lines that is an original work.

The Aritzia Scholarship

Review It Scholarship

Who is Eligible: Students who will be enrolled in a college/university by September 2022 and have a GPA of 2.5 for the semester before Fall 2022

Deadline: May 15, 2022

Applicants for the Review It Scholarship must submit a review of their favorite film and are encouraged to watch that film at least twice and research the history of the film. The scholarship winner will be announced approximately six weeks after the submission deadline.

Fifth Month Scholarship

Who is Eligible: Students who are 14 years of age or older and are a US resident

Deadline: May 31, 2022

The Fifth Month Scholarship celebrates May as the fifth month by asking applicants to write an essay about why the number five is important. The essay can be as serious or funny as the writer wants, but originality is emphasized as a key component.

June Scholarships

10x Digital Marketing Scholarship

Who is Eligible: High school seniors and college undergrads majoring or planning on majoring in a digital marketing related field.

Deadline: June 1, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET

10x is digital marketing agency that focuses on organic SEO. Students applying for the scholarship are asked to write a 500-word essay on digital marketing trends. Applicants must also plan on taking at least 10 credit hours during the Fall 2022 semester.

Arts Ignite Changemakers Award

Anthony P. Aslanian Hospitality Scholarship

Who is Eligible: Students enrolled in a 4-year hospitality program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

The Anthony P. Aslanian Hospitality Scholarship Fund is sponsored by Teneo Hospitality and the Aslanian family. Applicants must also be involved in a hospitality strengthening organization, submit an essay and resume, and have two references.

50 Days of $1,000 Scholarships Giveaway

Ascent Funding is awarding a $1,000 student scholarship every weekday this summer! Applicants are asked to fill out a simple form and interact with Ascent's social media to enter.

Traub-Dicker Rainbow Scholarship

Who is Eligible: Students who identify as a lesbian and plan to attend university (including graduate school) in Fall 2022

The Traub-Dicker Rainbow Scholarship was established to support lesbians in their higher education goals. This scholarship is a one-year, $4,000 award for students graduating high school or already enrolled as a college student under any major. Applicants will be judged on academic achievement, community service, leadership, and commitment to LGBTQ issues.

Mijem $5,000 US Tuition Scholarship

North American social media and technology company Mijem has just announced a new tuition scholarship giveaway for eligible post-secondary Continental US students with a total scholarship prize of $5000, half in cash and half in Bitcoin SV, thanks to a partnership with the Bitcoin Association for BSV.

COVID-19 Impact Scholarship

Who is Eligible: Students who have experienced a significant disruption to their undergrad or graduate school plans due to COVID-19

The COVID-19 Impact Scholarship is funded by the National Center for Learning Disabilities. Finalists will be asked to complete a 20-minute interview.

CIA Undergraduate Scholarship Program

Who is Eligible: High school graduates, GED recipients, or current undergraduate students with at least a 3.0 GPA who can meet the minimum requirements for joining the CIA.

Award: $18,000 per year for tuition

The Undergraduate Scholarship Program is a "financial needs-based initiative where you will be exposed to intelligence challenges while performing meaningful work that relates to your college major." Recipients will be awarded tuition assistance as well as a salary position with the CIA including working in a position related to the student's major during summer breaks.

The Vipin Agrawal Memory Scholarship Fund

Who is Eligible: Students from low-income and immigrant backgrounds

Award: $2,000 per year

Awards Available: 4

The Vipin Agrawal Memory Scholarship Fund is awarded to high school seniors who attend a California high school and will attend a California state university, of either the CSU or UC school systems. Applicants must also be pursing a degree in computer science, science, technology, engineering, or medicine and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Winners will receive a total of $8,000 over 4 years.
