New Cybersecurity Response Studio Wins $1.25M in Federal Funding

This funding supports the establishment of the Cybersecurity Incident Response Studio (CREST), a new initiative aimed at enhancing cybersecurity preparedness and response.

Led by UAlbany's interdisciplinary team, CREST will utilize advanced technologies such as AI and virtual reality to simulate cyberattacks and train decision-makers from various sectors.

The initiative will offer in-person and virtual simulations, leveraging high-tech equipment and drawing upon UAlbany's cybersecurity resources.
